"Butterfly in the sky, I can go twice as high" - Reading Rainbow!

Life is about to get really messy and there's nothing we can do to prevent it.
SO, we'll hold on tight and stand up for what we know is true and honest.
 

We're so excited for the current weather. It's been so beautiful here. We haven't had any heat or air on in about a month. All we need is open windows. The beautiful weather has made us want to be outside and have cookouts and porch nights. We've been lucky enough to partake as often as we can. We had a cookout last weekend and my husband knows how to grill a good steak. It was nice to relax outside around the chiminae and fellowship.


We also started a small group at our house for young married couples. We don’t really know where God is going to take us but it’s been on our hearts to do for a few months now. It’s going to start out a little rough and awkward but as time goes on and everyone starts to get more and more comfortable with one another, I think it’ll grow into a really beautiful thing. We really want to create an environment where we can come together in prayer, fight for our marriages together, and grow together.

I’m so thankful for everything that God’s doing in our lives right now. It’s so exciting to see both of us so excited for life and what’s going to come of it.

Oh and Tommie, while you're reading this before work way too early in the morning, know that I am super thankful for you and your husband. I'm super happy and excited to have you two in our lives and I look forward to all the wonderful times we'll have.
