Husband & I recently got on the topic of entertaining each other.
We've noticed that it seems like a lot of couples don't know how to do that.
It was a weird thought for us because we've always been able to find a way
to always enjoy ourselves, with or without money.
I'm a homebody & often enjoy just being at home with my honey
but husband is extremely social & loves to get out of the house
so we've always had to come up with ways that fulfilled us both.
As much as we love our friends & family,
we are perfectly happy with spending most of our time alone.
We've learned that not everyone is & I wonder why?
While dating, we frequented parks often;
whether to just sit & chat, star gaze or picnic.
We're also fond of our drives that I've mentioned before
or just running random errands.
We'll go grocery shopping at midnight, get ice cream at 10pm
& we've been known to have a few Nerf gun wars at night in the dark.
I think these little things are what keep our marriage so fun.
We're constantly laughing & not caring about rules & social queues.
What do you do in your relationship to maintain a level of fun?
